Derived from Luke 10, LEAP is a leadership development process that helps Life Group (or small group) leaders begin shepherding their people toward a life on mission. Whether you are desiring an entire group on mission together as community or individual participants each on their own journey, LEAP will guide your group to begin living with greater intentionality.
LEAP is an acronym for Language, Equip, Assess, and Pursuit. These are the components every life group should embrace to transition from Life Group to Life on Mission. The principles taught in this course will guide you to begin leading your group differently no matter which study you might be going through. Therefore, LEAP is not a program, it’s a leadership training process.
This course includes 8 chapter lessons plus one bonus lesson. Each lesson will have videos, group or individual exercises, Bible study and discussions, and practical applications and challenges. Each lesson will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes to complete. You have the option of purchasing a physical color copy of the workbook, or downloading the digital version at no extra charge.
After going through the course, a leader will walk away with the skills necessary to mobilize the group they shepherd. It is then recommended for the leader to walk their group through our LEAP inspired Bible study (with experiences) called Moving Toward Mission.
"Fiducia is the real deal. They are helping churches and people around the country to rediscover what it means to love their literal neighbors. The tools that they have developed are practical and they really work!"
Dave Runyon, Co-author of The Art of Neighboring
"Passionate and bold leaders acknowledge the fact that there is a gap between aspiration and practice. Through LEAP training, our church has learned to take action steps toward mission. Many of our people have transitioned from Life Group to life on mission. The transformation has been astounding!"
Jason Aguilar, Senior Pastor, The Cloud Church
